Busy night with work or school and you still have to make dinner? Making a one pan meal is one of my go to meals for busy nights. All you have to do is prep all the ingredients, put it in one pan and let it cook. If you want to make it even easier for yourself, cook your one pan meal in an aluminum pan; then all you have to do, is discard the one pan once dinner is finish. My chicken wings, red potatoes, and green beans one pan meal is simple and not too heavy. I must admit this meal originated from me not wanting to mess up too many dishes because my kitchen was clean and my workload was heavy. So, when I decided to make this one pan meal, everything came out so good and I did not destroy my kitchen. If you ever find yourself on a busy night, try this one pan meal. Also, if you anything like my mom and love crispy baked chicken wings, you can always remove your chicken wings to a separate pan and increase the cook time by a few minutes; either way you will enjoy.

Ari's Chicken One Pan Meal

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Wings

  • 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic

  • 2 Tbsp butter

  • Creole seasoning

  • Thyme seasoning

  • Complete seasoning

  • Onion powder

  • Garlic powder

  • Black pepper

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Smoked paprika

  • Montreal chicken seasoning

  • Aluminum pan (big enough for all of your ingredients)

  • Aluminum foil

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  • After cleaning your chicken wings, put them in a mixing bowl and season it to your liking with creole seasoning, complete seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, Montreal chicken seasoning, and thyme; mix well and sit the bowl to the side

  • Next cut your red potatoes into wedges and clean them; after cleaning your red potatoes put them in a separate mixing bowl

  • Then add your green beans to the mixing bowl with your red potatoes

  • Now season your red potatoes and green beans to your liking with creole seasoning, complete seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and thyme; mix well and sit the bowl to the side

  • Pour your chicken broth in your aluminum pan

  • Add your minced garlic in your aluminum pan and stir around

  • Place your chicken wings in your aluminum pan

  • Then spread your red potatoes and green beans across your chicken wings in your aluminum pan

  • Next sprinkle your sliced onions and green peppers on top of your red potatoes and green beans

  • Now slice up your butter and spread across the contents in your pan

  • Then wrap your pan with aluminum foil and put your pan in the oven and let your chicken one pan meal cook (I usually let mine cook for about 1.5 - 2 hours; remove the foil the last 30 minutes)

Enjoy!!
