One thing I love is a pretty crispy fried chicken wing. I know, I know, calling a chicken wing pretty sounds funny; but hear me out. When those wings come out of the hot oil, all golden brown and perfectly seasoned, they're irresistible. My family and I probably have these chicken wings at least once a week. Sometimes we have them with mashed potatoes and corn, or mac&cheese with broccoli; but if its a busy work night for me, we would eat them with fries or with waffles. We also enjoy these chicken wings during family gatherings, bringing joy and laughter to the table. It's amazing how a simple plate of food can spark such warmth and connection among family members. So yeah, my pretty crispy fried chicken wings are way more than just food; they're a delightful tradition for my family. Now I'm sharing from my family to yours!

Ari's Fried Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients:
Pack of Chicken Wings
1 gallon size ziplock bag
Flour
Cooking Oil
Natures seasoning
Creole seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Smoked paprika
Montreal chicken seasoning
2 packets of Sazon seasoning
Black pepper
Directions:
Make sure to wash and clean your chicken wings before preparing
Place your clean chicken wings in a large mixing bowl
Before you begin to season your chicken, pour your cooking oil in the frying pan or deep fryer and turn it on, that way the cooking oil will be hot and ready (If you are using a deep fryer set it to 350 degrees; if you are frying on the stove top set it to medium-high)
Season your chicken wings with 1 packet of sazon, natures seasoning, creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, montreal chicken seasoning, and black pepper
Mix the seasoning on your chicken wings until it is evenly seasoned on every wing
Pour the flour into your ziplock bag until the bag is about 1/3 - 1/2 full
Season your flour with the other packet of sazon, natures seasoning, black pepper, and a little bit of montreal chicken seasoning; then mix the seasoning in the flour
Place 5 - 7 chicken wings in ziplock bag (batch size will varies depending on size of frying pan)
Close the ziplock bag and shake it to coat the chicken wings well and evenly
~By this time the cooking oil should be good and hot; ready to fry~
Place the flour coated chicken wings in the hot cooking oil (Do not over load your chicken in the pan); and let it fry until its fully cooked and golden brown
Repeat steps 7-9 until all of your chicken wings are fried
Now it's time to enjoy!! Pair it with whatever side you like or just eat them with your favorite dipping sauce.
